1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vapes2You website and delivery service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Vapes2You is a local delivery service operating exclusively in Bristol, UK. We sell rechargeable vape devices to adults aged 18 and over.

2. Age Restrictions

It is illegal to sell nicotine products to persons under the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 years or over
• The information you provide for age verification is accurate
• You understand that we are legally required to verify your age
• You will provide valid ID to the driver upon delivery if requested

3. Delivery Information

3.1 Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to Bristol postcodes (BS1-BS99). Orders with postcodes outside Bristol will be cancelled and refunded.

3.2 Delivery Method

• Delivery is available between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM only
• You will receive an SMS when the driver is on the way
• You will receive an SMS/call when the driver arrives
• You must meet the driver at their vehicle to collect your order
• Drivers will not come to your door or leave their vehicle
• You may be asked to show ID upon collection
• If you fail to collect within 5 minutes, the order may be cancelled

3.3 Delivery Fees

Delivery is FREE on all orders within Bristol. The delivery cost is included in our product pricing.

3.4 Failed Deliveries

If you fail to collect your order when the driver arrives, the order will be marked as failed. Refunds for failed deliveries are at our discretion. Repeated failed deliveries may result in your account being blocked.

4. Products

4.1 Product Description

We sell rechargeable vape devices (Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000). These devices:

• Are rechargeable via USB Type-C
• Come prefilled with e-liquid containing 20mg/ml nicotine salt
• Provide approximately 6000 puffs per device
• Are intended for single use and cannot be refilled

4.2 Health Warnings

Nicotine products are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with heart conditions. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include delivery:

• 1 device: £12.99
• 2 devices: £20
• 3 devices: £24

Maximum order quantity is 3 devices per order.

5.2 Payment

We accept payment via debit/credit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before the driver has been dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once the driver is on the way, cancellation may not be possible.

6.2 Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders if:

• Age verification fails
• The delivery address is outside Bristol
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Stock is unavailable

6.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the value of your order
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
